Blanca Rodríguez is a telecommunications engineer, with more than 15 years of experience in R&D project management, elaborating and managing proposals for different types of organisations: companies, technology centres and universities. She oversees a team of 15 people responsible for European calls for proposals in the areas of ICT, health, security and agri-food, as well as scientific excellence. Her team submits more than 50 European proposals per year and manages more than 10 European projects. Blanca also participates in the management and coordination of different European projects throughout their execution. In recent years, she has participated in: EDI. European Data Incubator (H2020), LT_Observatory. Observatory for Language Resources and Machine Translation in Europe (H2020), FINODEX (FIWARE accelerator programme) and COWIN (7th Framework Programme).
