Raúl Ganuza is an Industrial Engineer, specialising in Higher Industrial Organisation, from the Public University of Navarra. He has been working at Zabala Innovation since 2008, having worked in different roles. He currently works as a Digital Transformation Consultant, advising on digital transformation and strategic planning processes for companies and public administration. He has extensive experience in carrying out various digital maturity diagnoses and preparing digital transformation plans for industrial companies.
In the public sector, he has participated as a member of the Digital Transformation Office to support the management of projects related to the Navarra 2030 Digital Strategy. He also works in advising the Administration on NextGenerationEU Funds for digitalisation projects.
Previously, he worked as a consultant in R&D&I management in the ICT Department (Information and Communication Technologies) advising companies, universities and technology centres on EU aid for R&D&I projects, industrial property, and all kinds of investment and tax incentives. He has participated in the definition, design, preparation and management of more than 200 projects at regional, national and European level.
