Pamplona OfficePaula Ansorena Coyne holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies (Business Studies) from the University of Navarra; with advanced training in Human Resources, an intermediate degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and is certified to prepare training plan diagnostics. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources: more than 10 years as Head of People in a multinational company in the automotive sector, with experience in the international area and since 2011 she has been working in Zabala, as Head of the People Department, managing and coordinating the processes of the Department for the 13 headquarters of the company. She has extensive experience in the field of recruitment, training, prevention, administration, labour and people development. She is a member of the company’s Equality Committee and Harassment Prevention Committee and since 2021 she has been a member of the Management Committee.
