Nerea Sopelana Arias holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the School of Engineering of Bilbao and a European Master in Project Management from the UPV/EHU and the Fachhochschule Dortmund (Germany). She has 5 years of professional experience as a consultant in R&D project management, participating in the development and management of many proposals at regional, national and European level in the industrial field, such as the H2020-funded S4ALLCITIES project, focused on the integration of advanced technological and organisational solutions to ensure a secure physical and digital ecosystem that promotes cohesive and sustainable urban development for the welfare of EU citizens. It also advises companies, universities and technology centres on EU grants for R&D&I projects, industrial property, and all types of investment and tax incentives.
