Pamplona OfficeJose Alberto de la Parte Rugama is Director of Strategic Projects at Zabala Innovation. He has a background in Industrial Engineering, specialised in “Energy Techniques” from the University of the Basque Country, Bilbao 1993 and a Diploma of Advanced Studies, a pre-doctoral degree in “Energy Engineering” from the Public University of Navarra, Pamplona 2003. For two decades, he has been dedicated to the design, preparation and management of industrial R&I and technology diffusion projects. During this period, he has participated in the definition and management of more than 800 R&I projects promoted by both companies and technology centres in technology areas such as Production Technologies, Materials, Automotive, Energy, Transport or Industrial Design. Given his specialisation in R&I projects, he is considered an expert in technologies such as Renewable Energies, Rational Use of Energy, Energy Systems, Energy Sources, Electrical and Energy Engineering, Environmental Sciences and Technologies and R&I Promotion and Support Policies.
