Javier Lahuerta

Javier Lahuerta has a degree in Political Science and Administration (University of Valencia) with a specialisation in local and regional development. He also completes his training with a dual Master’s in business management from the University of Barcelona and the EAE Business School, specialising in project management and a course in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki.

Javier has been working for more than 5 years in different European programmes, specialising in European funds for local authorities and regions. During his background he has worked in various public sector organisations (local authorities and intermediate governments). In the private world he has worked as an European Project officer in a consultancy firm in Brussels and as coordinator of the Projects and Innovation Department of the Valencian Agri-Food Cluster. Currently he is working as Coordinator of the Regions Knowledge Area of Zabala Innovation.
