Sustainability Report 2018: a commitment to SDG’s
We share with you our 2018 Sustainability Report in which we summarise the most important actions that took place over the last year, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
We have our sights fixed on innovation, and we believe that this is also reflected in the contents and actions we carry out throughout the year in the company. We want to generate positive economic, social and environmental impacts. That is why, this year, we are publishing the 2018 Sustainability Report.
SDG (Sustainable Development Goals)
The SDG’s are global challenges that require involvement at every level and sector and create new innovative business models that enable social progress. In fact, it is the companies that have played a crucial role in the adoption of SDG’s and are also doing it in their implementation. Among the SDG’s, there are goals that are exclusively related to business activity and its management. Public-private and large corporate-SME partnerships are crucial in this area. It is already a fact that international organizations, public administrations and large companies integrate the Sustainable Development Goals in their management. At ZABALA we have made a commitment to support our stakeholders in this objective.
We want to share this 2018 Sustainability Report with all the stakeholders who, in one way or another, we collaborate with and who share the same values and inspiration that make our projects a success.
Below we present a short clip of a large project we are involved in in collaboration with the NGO Children of Africa. Thanks to the “Water for the rural communities of Kenya” project, rural communities are, little by little, improving their acess to fundamental resources. We are very happy to be part of it.
