Zabala Innovation is one of the consultancy firms carrying out the diagnoses for the ACTIVA Industry 4.0 programme.
ACTIVA INDUSTRIA 4.0. is a specialised and personalised consultancy programme, carried out by accredited consultancy entities with experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 projects. The methodology used has been developed by the SG for Industry and SMEs. This programme allows companies to have a diagnosis of the situation and a transformation plan that identifies the digital enablers, necessary in this transformation process, and establishes the roadmap for its implementation. The methodology created consists of 4 phases:
