Government of Navarra - Permanent meeting forums (Navarra in Europe)

Technical assistance services for the implementation and management of the permanent capacity for meetings foreseen in the European action plan of the Government of Navarra

The objective of this service is to keep Navarrese actors informed of current European affairs. To do this, Zabala Innovation collaborates with the Government of Navarra and manages 4 forums, performing the following tasks:

  • Identification of sources
  • Preparation of the list of Navarrese entities potentially interested in participating in forums
  • Inclusion in the forums of transversal thematic areas
  • Creation of a fortnightly newsletter
  • Disclosure of the EU funds guide prepared by the Delegation of the Government of Navarra in Brussels
  • Legislative updates
  • Preparation of thematic summary sheets
  • Publication of other reports or documents
  • Organisation of two annual events for each forum
