Zabala Innovation carried out the analysis and definition of conclusions to control the effectiveness of the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (Agencia de Desarrollo Económico de La Rioja, ADER). This control process has sought to review the degree of achievement of ADER’s action plans, evaluate the effectiveness of its management in granting aids, analyse organizational and operational aspects in relation to the type and scope of aids granted, their economic impact, and the assessment of the aid beneficiaries have received through ADER. Actions of other regional agencies have also been analysed to detect good practices that can increase the effectiveness of ADER.
